"Celebrating Every Trans Child, Supporting Every Parent"

Our mission is to liberate Deaf caregivers navigating the complexities of raising transgender and non-binary children who are either Deaf themselves or children of Deaf adults. We achieve this by offering inclusive resources, fostering community solidarity, strengthening cross-movement support, and advocating for their unique needs within educational, healthcare, and social aspects of their lives. Through our efforts, we aim to create a supportive collaborative environment where Deaf caregivers are liberated to navigate the challenges of parenting transgender and non-binary children, regardless of their intersectional identities as Deaf caregivers.

Supportive Caregivers Meet Ups

Building ways for caregivers to connect with other caregivers in their area, so they can share experiences and offer each other support, advice, and encouragement.

Family Events

Family-friendly social events and outings where Deaf caregivers and their transgender children can connect with others in similar situations, build friendships, and create lasting memories.

Collaborative Partnerships

Creating partnerships with local groups serving, supporting, and liberating transchildren providers to support DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and Deaf caregivers and their families with additional services and resources.

Liberating Deaf caregivers in raising children against social constructs to feel safe, self-assured, and powerful……

Strengthening Families Together

While our activities support Trans/NB children and their families, we also offer opportunities for collaborative learning and sharing. Through collective solidarity and cross-movement engagement, we learn from the experiences of those most impacted: DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Deaf, and Hard of Hearing transgender youth who have navigated various systems. This guides our efforts to liberate our transgender children, supporting them to embrace their authentic selves.
